HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
- For most orders, it generally takes us 1-5 business days to process and ship your order. However, certain factors outside of our control can cause order fulfillment to be delayed by up to 1-3 weeks.
- If there is a lead time either stated on the product page or not, it could result in the order shipping after 3 weeks. Usually we state this on the product page but sometimes we don't. If shipping time is an issue, please reach out to us to confirm if an order requires special handling (lead time) or not. 90% of our products ship within 1-5 business days but some do require a longer than usual handling time.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Please expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days after it has been processed and shipped, however some orders (those shipping from overseas directly from our supplier) can take up to 30-45 business days to arrive. If you're looking to receive your order by a certain date, please reach out to us and we will let you know of the estimated delivery date.
Please be mindful that there are certain circumstances that we have no control of such as natural disasters, inclement weather, holidays, pandemics, etc. which may cause shipping to be delayed. Even though a lot of our orders arrive during their designated time frames, certain situations experienced by our carriers might cause your order to be delayed. Therefore, we don’t quote specific delivery dates, but we urge everyone to track their order and follow up with the carrier that is delivering their order.
*If your shipping address is located outside of the lower 48 states, your order could take longer than expected to arrive. So, if your order is being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, there's a possibility for it to take longer to arrive than the expected delivery dates stated above.
*As a precautionary note, in rare circumstances, deliveries can take up to 45 business days.

WHICH CARRIER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED THROUGH?
- We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
No, we don't offer FREE Shipping to countries outside of the United States. You will have to pay for shipping if you live outside of the US or if the order is being shipped to a destination outside of the US.
WHEN SHIPPING TO A COUNTRY THAT REQUIRES IMPORT FEES OR TAXES TO BE PAID, WHO PAYS THEM?
It will be the responsibility of the the buyer to pay all import taxes, fees, or duties that the shipping company (UPS) requires for the order to be delivered after clearing customs. The EV Shop will NOT pay any import fees, taxes, or duties on any international order outside of the USA.
WHY DOES MY ORDER SHOW AS SHIPPED BUT USPS IS CURRENTLY AWAITING PACKAGE/MERCHANT ORDER RECEIPT NOTIFICATION, USPS AWAITING ITEM?
If you ordered a product that is being shipped directly from our supplier overseas, it will take 2-3 weeks before the tracking details are updated. They use USPS for the last mile delivery so that's why it's saying "USPS Currently Awaiting Package or Merchant Order Receipt Notification, USPS Awaiting Item." In fact, it will continue to say this on the tracking information for a few weeks. This doesn't mean that the order hasn't been shipped. It's shipped but it's going through their country's delivery service first and it will take some time to arrive in the US. Once it arrives here, then USPS will pick it up.
Please keep in mind that not all orders are shipped from overseas but usually specialty products that have the Tesla logo, etc require us to have them sent from our supplier.
WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN'T BE VERIFIED?
Effective June 24th, 2019, we will not be shipping to addresses that can't be verified. While the vast majority of shoppers will never have an issue, in order for us to ship to your address, make sure it's the correct address. Also make sure it's searchable on google.
WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
In order for us to ship to you, your billing and shipping address must be the same with the same name. We will not ship to you if your billing address is different from your shipping address. We suggest you make sure that both addresses are the same.
CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for all of our orders. After your item has been shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
While we can't guarantee your order will be cancelled, if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, you need to email us within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com. After 24 hours since you placed your order, we can't guarantee that we will be able to able cancel your order. Sometimes, even if you contact us within 24 hours, orders may not be able to be cancelled. Additionally, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund issued in the event a cancellation request is approved by us.
HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you have entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need something to be corrected. We can usually correct wrong addresses within 24 hours. However, nothing is guaranteed! I RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?
If your order arrived damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you wait past the 15-day return window, we will not be able to help you.
You will need to provide us with the following:
- The order number.
- A picture and a video showcasing the faulty product.
After we have received your product, we will send you another one.
