Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days after your order was delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additionally, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Note: If you have not taken delivery of your Tesla, we strongly suggest you wait to purchase accessories until after you have taken delivery so you can try them out during the 15-day return window. Purchasing accessories beforehand will mean risking the opportunity to return any accessories you purchased.

Installation Disclaimer: If a product requires professional installation or installation from anyone other than the one purchasing the product, please confirm that there are installers in your area or in a city close by who can install the product prior to purchasing it. While we may recommend to you potential installers (if applicable) in your area, ultimately, It is your responsibility to research and confirm there is an installer for the product you are purchasing prior to placing your order. 

Standard Return Policy for USA Customers: For products that qualify for returns, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery, but you may be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Some products may need to be returned back to our supplier overseas in China, where return shipping to the country could be costly depending on the product(s). With that said, for the vast majority of our products, we can provide you with a pre-paid return label.

However, this doesn't apply to all products. If you would like to return your order, please get in touch with us and we will let you know if you have to pay for return shipping or not. 

Standard Return Policy for International Customers (Orders Outside of USA): For products that qualify for returns, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery, but you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to either our US office or to our supplier's warehouse in China. Please understand this prior to placing your order. Therefore, if you are located in a country outside of the USA, you will have to purchase your own shipping label and return your order to the return address we provide to you. You must get in touch with us if seeking a return and we will provide you with the correct return address to ship your order back to us.

Damaged or Missing Parts Within Order Upon Arrival: If your order or part of your order arrived damaged, then you MUST provide proof of damage with clear pictures within 1-3 days of taking delivery and if it arrived with missing parts, you must provide pictures of what you received within 1-3 days from receiving your order. Any allegation of damaged or missing parts after 3 days will not qualify for a return. It is your responsibility to reach out to us and provide us with evidence pertaining to the damaged product or missing parts in your order as soon as you receive it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days after receiving your return.

 

Restocking Fee: For all orders over $25 and under $399.99, If your return is approved by us, you will receive the original amount paid minus a restocking fee up to 20%. Please understand that this is largely due to the fact that we are an extremely small shop where all returns affect our bottom line. 

For all orders $400.00 and above, if your return is approved by us, you will receive the original amount paid amount minus a restocking fee of 25%. Please understand that this is largely due to the fact that we are an extremely small shop where all returns affect our bottom line. 

Order Cancellation Fee: In instances where your order hasn't shipped but you request to cancel it after placing it, you will receive the original amount paid minus a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. If you used a PayPal account, that fee will be 3.49% +$0.49. If you used a PayPal account not in the USA, the processing fee will be 4.99%+ $0.49. For customers placing orders outside of the USA with a credit/debit card, the processing fee is ~4%+$0.10. Please understand that this is largely due to payment processors no longer refunding processing fees to us merchants. Each time an order is placed, our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee to process that order. 

Payment Processing Fee: When issuing you a refund for a returned order, you will receive the original amount paid minus a payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.29 if you used a debit or credit card. However, if you used PayPal to make your purchase, the fee is 3.49% + $0.49. Additionally, If you used a PayPal account not in the USA, the processing fee will be 4.99%+ $0.49 and for customers placing orders outside of the USA with a credit/debit card, the processing fee is ~4%+$0.10. Please understand that this is largely due to payment processors no longer refunding processing fees to us merchants. Each time an order is placed, our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee to process that order. This fee will be deducted from the total eligible refund amount.

3rd Party Installation Costs (If Applicable): If a product you purchase from our store requires professional installation and you use an installer either recommended by us or someone you have picked out, you will be responsible for all installation and uninstallation costs related to returning the product. If you decide to return the product, you will be responsible for all uninstall costs as the installation service is billed directly by the installer, who is not affiliated or part of our company.

Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable For International Orders: Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a successful return, we will deduct the shipping cost from the total applicable refund amount when issuing you a refund. So if you paid for shipping, we will deduct what it costed us to ship the product to you from the total applicable refund amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements (if applicable)
For certain products, you may request a replacement within 15 days of your order being delivered. After the 15 days are over, you may be required to pay a fee to receive a replacement. Please reach out to us when requesting a replacement.

Gifts
Currently, we don't offer refunds if your product was a gift.

Shipping
To return your product, please reach out to us. If your product(s) qualify for "Free Returns", then we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. However, if your product doesn't qualify for "Free Returns" then you will have to purchase a return label at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office and ship it back to the appropriate return address provided by us. Whether that's shipping your return to a warehouse in the US or abroad, you will be responsible for shipping it back to the correct return address provided by us. 

If the item you purchased doesn't qualify for "Free Returns," and we provided you with a pre-paid shipping label, then we will subtract the cost of the shipping label from the total refund issued to you upon successful return of the item(s).
