Tesla's FSD Beta 10 will be released at midnight on Friday, according to Elon Musk. After Tesla missed the recent release of V9.3 last week, Musk stated FSD Beta 10 would go live this week. According to Musk's explanation of Tesla's Beta 10 deployment, the two-week wait may be worthwhile. He claimed that FSD Beta 10 would improve Tesla's FSD Beta 9.2 in terms of user experience.
Looks promising that Beta 10.1, about 2 weeks later, will be good enough for public opt in request button

FSD Beta 9 included several interesting new functionalities, such as an improved "mind of car" view, which provided drivers and passengers with a more refined view of how a Tesla perceives its environment and navigates across roadways. Tesla also said that the Cabin Camera would be monitoring drivers' attention while on the road with the V9 version.
It will be fascinating to see what additional features or upgrades Tesla adds to the FSD Beta releases in the future. Tesla appears to be closer than ever to completely autonomous cars, particularly since it began depending more on pure vision.
Elon Musk also said that FSD Beta 10 would bring Tesla closer to launching the request button, which will enable more users to receive early access to future Full Self-Driving upgrades. “Good enough for the public opt-in request button,” Musk said of Beta 10.1.
That is the aspiration, but we need to be cautious. Safety is always paramount at Tesla.

Tesla appears to be releasing FSD upgrades deliberately and with standards of safety, despite an ongoing NHTSA probe hyper-focused on its Autopilot function. Elon Musk said on Twitter that before distributing FSD Beta to additional countries, such as Canada, Tesla must first verify that the software functions correctly, test it thoroughly, and then get official clearance.
FSD Beta may be accessible in Canada in a few months, according to Musk. He said, "If we could go faster while being safe, we would!"
