I liked this phone holder so much that I purchased a second for my son's car. It is super strong and, after several months of use, we have not experienced any issues. Our iPhone X's stay put with the strong magnet. Both of us purchased phone cases with magnets for easily use with the phone holder. The adhesion is great and has never moved or needed replaced--just follow the directions for correct installation. I have a Nissan Rogue and installed the phone higher on my dashboard--wish I would have installed it lower as the heat can be a concern for the phone. However, even with the heat, the adhesion has stayed strong. When in my car, I can always locate my phone and it provides added protection opposed to it being in my cup holder.

Amaaaaazing strong and secure phone holder. I have used multiple different types but this one is so small but SO strong and doesn't take up a ton of room. I installed it on my 2016 Subaru Forester. A great buy!

The chrome look adds style to the vehicle and the size is perfect! I like that it came with (2) magnets for the back of the phone, (2) alcohol pads, a mini instruction book, and (3) adhesives for the magnetic phone holder. My favorite feature is the ability to rotate the ball AND have it face straight forward so my phone is straight and not angled.

Works great! I used to have the Pearl car mount that was similar to this one before they went out of business. I forgot to take it out of my old car before I junked it and thought it was lost forever! Also, with the shape of the vents in my car, other car mounts (that aren’t magnetic) just aren’t possible. This one is durable and looks sleek. I was concerned when trying it in the house that it wouldn’t hold my phone steady when I was driving, but after taking it for a test run, I can safely say my phone will be secure!

The best phone mount i have found so far.. and iv tried alot. Finally one that doesnt need a flat surface. I put clear packing tape down on my custom dash so its doesnt get ruined by the srong 3m adhesive and it worked really well. Very pleased with my purchase

Compact but cutest gift for my husband I have ever given. He just loves it for its various features like a strong magnet and 360' rotation for moving in different directions, also occupies very less space. The previous holder we had was the one to fix in AC vent, though was not a convenient one as it covered the vent and was little hard handling the mobile while driving with this. Great product for a car for its easy navigation over mobile. That leads to safe driving !!

Here is what I observed about this product and hope it answers your questions:
1) Design is compact, has a very small footprint on the car dashboard.
2) Build material is solid metal! I have to say, the metal shiny ball is mesmerizing
3) The finish, quality of manufacturing all look top notch to me
4) I was surprised at how strong the magnet was.
5) The adhesive in the updated version is strong and I am able to successfully stick it to my dashboard.
It is able to carry the weight of my heavy iPhone X + my bulky shock proof cover over it very well.
6) The phone held securely despite taking sharp turns or going over bumps on the road.
7) It is easy to adjust the phone orientation.

The Magnetic car mount came with a 3M sticker which can be pasted anywhere(pic2) along with 2 more spare and two magnetic strips that can be pasted on the phone(pic2 & pic1). The build and mount quality is very good. overall I liked it and now i have a iphone display on my car for easy google maps and for other entertainment. it definitely helps for better driving experience without worrying about your phone being in your hand or somewhere else in your car. I would recommend this to friends for sure.

This holder weights a lot more than any other I have had in the past. It just feel solid.
The whole mount is on a magnetic ball. It can move around and position where you need it to. Thus you can mount it flat or at about a 40deg angle or anywhere in-between.
The mount it self comes with everything you need. Alcohol wipes to clean the surface you are going to stick it to, and a pre affixed sticky pad. It also comes with an extra sticky pad incase you mess up and want to put it somewhere else. Just clean and press, then you are good to go!
First impressions. My phone feel secure and in place. I feel confident its not going to budge. Even on bumpy roads it holds in place and is solid. Its clean and futuristic looking. I think it looks good on my dash. With or without the phone on it. It seems like it will last for years, even in the heat of the desert southwest.

Tried everything from a Ram Claw mount, CD slot mount, different dash mounts, Vent mount, even one that stuck out of the arm rest cup holder. Either they didn't hold the phone properly, got in the way, hard to remove phone, or just stuck out like a sore thumb on the dash. Finally tried this VAVA Magnetic mount, holds the phone well, one hand insert/removal, metal construction, and fits the general aesthetics of my interior perfectly. The wife and I like to watch Joe Kenda Homicide Hunter or Forensic Files while we drive (I know, don't hate), and the phone sits perfectly center above the dash screen without blocking the display. Can also twist the phone in any direction if you prefer it facing the driver (holds my large 6s Plus rock solid), and allows me to easily attach my GoPro for a quick and easy dashcam facing out the windshield. If in the market for a mounting solution, this one is working really well for us.

You really can’t go wrong with this phone mount. It’s so small and can fit in any vehicle. It comes with two magnetic plates so multiple people can use it. The plate can attach directly to your phone or your phone case. If you have a phone that can be charged by placing it on the flat chargers then you’ll want to put the plate on your case as your phone won’t charge with it on there. Definitely a necessity for hands free driving.

I was looking for a solution that would allow a 90 degree mount so my phone could be vertically positioned. This is a very solid mount that made that happen. There are actually 2 joints with a short connector in the middle. I had read many reviews of this and other mounts not adhering to the dash. All involved using the mount too soon after pasting on the dash. I waited 2 days, but believe the VAVA instructions say 72 hours. Mine is solidly attached and does the job well.
